Shipping Process
All orders  shipped to the U.S. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

All orders  shipped to the CANADA are shipped via USPS First Class Package International

 

Orders are not shipped on the weekends.

As of now I currently ONLY ship within the U.S. & Canada! I will offer international shipping to other countries in the future.

Processing time is 3-4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation, along with a tracking number, via email. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for USPS to deliver your items to you.

 

Tracking
You will receive an email with tracking information once the package has been fulfilled. Once shipped, please allow at least 48 hours for tracking information to be updated.

 

Damages 
If your item is defective / damaged please email me right away at 
sales@universeoflala.com please provide a photo of the damaged product and further details of the damage in your email. 

I will send a replacement for a damaged/defective product at no extra cost!

 

Lost or Misplaced Packages

Universe of Lala  is not responsible for any lost or misplaced Packages.  Once your package has been dropped off/picked up by  carrier, we are not held accountable for the events that take place after.
Cancelation Policy 
orders can not be canceled after 24 hours of orders being placed, please contact us at  sales@universeoflala.com if you would like to cancel your order prior to 24hrs of your order being placed. 

Refunds
All purchases are final sale.

No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit. 

All items that are hand crafted and or customized are also not eligible for a refund. 

Please be aware when ordering that you select the right size/product variation you want, etc. please also double-check and make sure you enter your correct address
